Granville is hosting an Open House tour this weekend to showcase four of our move-in ready homes in your neighborhood. In addition, our friends at Kona Ice will be on-site on Saturday from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. to offer some delicious shaved ice to our homeowners! Stop by our Bijou move-in ready home at 3110 Loyola Ave. to pick up your voucher for one free Kona Ice.

One Kona Ice voucher per person. The voucher is only good at this location on Saturday, August 28th, from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
